This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how ShopperLocal and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of any of our websites that post this Policy or incorporate this Policy into their Terms of Service (each is referred to in this Policy as the “Site”). This Policy does not apply to websites that specifically post different privacy policies.

WHAT WE COLLECT We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. We collect your‎ name, postal address, email address, phone number, location, username, password, demographic information (such as your age, gender, occupation), third party social media profile information, as well as other information you directly give us on our Site. If you elect to purchase products or services through our Site, we will collect the payment information that you provide to facilitate the transaction.

Children’s data: ShopperLocal is a business service directed at adults and for use in business. We do not target children and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children, any person under 16 years of age. If you are not 16 years of age or above, you may not use our service or software. If our algorithms or staff validate your age to be below 16 years, we will disable your account.

The right to access

You can contact ShopperLocal requesting this information via a subject access request (SAR) free of charge.

The subject access request should be made by email info@shopperlocal.com ShopperLocal will verify the individual making the subject access request before handing over the information.

ShopperLocal will aim to respond to such a request in, usually, one month of receipt but this may be extended if the SAR is complex. We will keep you informed of the progress.

RTN Billing Policy

We do not charge interest or perform a credit check to utilize our payment options. There is a processing fee for each payment that is added to the monthly amount depending on the payment method utilized.

Advertiser’s payments are due within 30 days of each invoice date. Any payments not received within 30 days of the date of the invoice shall be considered past-due. Publisher reserves the right to assess interest at a rate of 18% per annum or an amount as prescribed by applicable law, whichever is higher, against any outstanding past-due amount. If any invoice is not paid within 45 days after the start of the advertisement date, the Advertiser hereby authorizes the payment to be applied as an ACH debit to the Advertiser’s checking account, debit account, or credit card on file. All accounts set up with monthly payments or invoicing will be charged a monthly processing fee. This fee does not apply to the down payment or accounts that are paid in full at the time of sale. The monthly processing fee for payments set up on automatic billing is $2.95 per payment and accounts on monthly invoicing is $5.95 per invoice. Bank and credit card charges will appear as Shopper Local, LLC.
